We are a non-competitive dance drill team based in Willimantic, Connecticut. We also welcome children from all surrounding areas, including Columbia, Lebanon, Franklin, Scotland Hampton, Chaplin, Mansfield and beyond. Our squad is made up of local children in grades Kindergarten through Grade 12. All youth of this age group are welcome to participate, regardless of gender or any mental or physical handicaps. There are no try-outs and all interested children are welcome to participate, regardless of skill level. We focus on building teams and good character in our participants.
Our squads practice twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from early June through late October, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at local recreation parks. We will showcase our squad's talents at various community events throughout the year, including Third Thursdays and the Willimantic Boom Box Parade. In addition, we will hold an end of season talent show to demonstrate the children's dance skills to their friends and families.
