We were founded in fall of 2024 to provide a safe, fun activity for youth in our area looking for a more inclusive, modern, urban alternative to options like traditional dance or cheerleading.  Not finding quite what we were looking for our children in the Windham area, two families joined together, combining our non-profit leadership, organizational, and drill team skills to form Eastern Connecticut Step Squad.  Being special-needs parents ourselves, we aim to be as inclusive as possible, serving all school-aged children from Kindergarten through 12th grade, regardless of their skill level or any mental or physical disabilities.  We are looking forward to working with you during our first season starting this June 2025.
